acceptable use.

last updated June 29, 2026

These rules apply to everyone using Wivexx — the apps, the games, posts, comments, and anything you upload. They exist to keep Wivexx safe, legal, and fair.

01Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to content removal, suspension, or termination of access.

02You may not

  • Break any law or encourage others to.
  • Upload, post, or share content you don’t have the rights to, or that infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Upload sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any content that sexualizes children — ever. We report such content to the authorities.
  • Impersonate any person or brand, or falsely imply affiliation or endorsement.
  • Upload malware, attempt to breach security, scrape, or overload or disrupt the service.
  • Use the service to spam, phish, or deceive.
  • Reverse-engineer or copy our original designs, mascot, card art, or game content without permission.

03Your content & responsibility

You are responsible for everything you submit. Only upload media to Wivexx Studio that you own or are licensed to use — including any music, footage, images, or fonts you add to an edit or export. Adult-oriented game content (the “spicy” deck) is for users 18 and over.

04Multiplayer & community conduct

In game rooms, comments, and any shared space, treat other people with respect. Don’t harass, dox, or share others’ personal information, and don’t use chat or names to bully or post slurs.

05Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, and we may preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect people.

06Reporting

See something that breaks these rules? Report it to hello@wivexx.com. For copyright specifically, use our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Template starting point — have a Florida attorney review before relying on it.
