01Our approach
We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and may remove or disable access to material we believe is infringing. We also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
02Filing a takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act for one), send a written notice to our designated agent (section 03) that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and enough information for us to locate it (e.g., a URL on wivexx.com).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

04Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; your name, address, and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or the Middle District of Florida if you are outside the U.S.). We may restore the material as permitted by the DMCA.
05Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
